GENERAL

What is the date of the INFOSEK Conference 2024? 
22nd INFOSEK Conference takes place from 4 to 6 September 2024.

Where is the event held?
INFOSEK Conference is going on in Nova Gorica, Hotel Perla.

How can I book hotel accommodation?
Hotel accommodation is not included in the ticket price, therefore we kindly ask you to contact HIT Hotels ([email protected]). Price of hotel accommodation for INFOSEK guests is reduced. More information and price list: https://www.infosek.net/en/accommodation

Where can I park?
Free parking is possible in Hotel Perla's garage.

Is the venue accessible for disabled people?
The venue is accessible for disabled people. Conference center is on ground floor. Access to the hotel rooms is possible by lift.

Where can I eat?
INFOSEK Conference guests can eat lunch in Restaurant Atlantis and Oceanis in Hotel Perla. 
Dinner (first day), lunch (second day) and snack (third day) are included in the ticket price.

What if I have a food allergy/intolerance and I am planning to attend the networking dinner?
In case you are dealing with food allergy/intolerance or you are vegan, please inform us about this and we will provide you suitable meal. You can add this information on registration form or inform us via e-mail [email protected].

Is there free WI-FI at the venue?
Free WI-FI is provided (username: Hotel Perla).

INFOSEK Conference hosts around 150 word-class speakers from Slovenia and abroad.

Are there any workshops?
Every year there are 2 or 3 different workshops, where attendees can get practical experiences in the field of: Cyber security, Ethical hacking, ICT Forensics, DevOps, Cloud, Oracle security, Data Protection Regulation, Data Centers, etc.

What is included in the cost of the conference?
The price of a ticket varies regarding the number of conference days selected when registered (1 day, 2 days, 3 days) and the selected workshops. 
Ticket includes lectures, entertainment program, coffee breaks, dinner (first day), lunch and dinner (second day), snack (third day).

How do I register as visitor?

Can I register more than one person?
Registration form allows to register up to 4 additional attendees. In case you would like to register more attendees, please write their names and e-mails in Remarks.

Is there any discount available?
We recommend you to register asap to get the Early bird price, which is 40% lower than the regular price. (e.g.: early bird price - 3 days ticket: 700 € + VAT, regular price – 3 days ticket: 1200 € + VAT). The price list is available on the registration form: https://www.infosek.net/prijavnica
After the Early bird offer finishes, the price increases.

Students are entitled to 80% discount for the conference and 50% discount for the workshop.

How do I pay for my ticket?
After we receive your registration form, we will send you a proforma invoice via e-mail. 
Payment is required in 7 days after you receive proforma invoice according to our general terms and conditions.

I’m already registered, how can I get my ticket?
Ticket is a badge. You receive it at registration desk at the venue on the day of the event.

How can I access my invoice?
Invoice will be sent to you by post or by e-mail after the conference.

Can I change my registration details?
In case you need to change registration details, please send us correct information via e-mail [email protected] and we will correct them in our database.

Can I give my ticket to another person?
In case you cannot attend the conference, you can give your ticket to your colleague, but first you need to inform the organizer about this change. When the organizer confirms, you can give your ticket to another person.

Can I get my ticket refunded?
Reimbursement is possible in case you cannot attend the event due to medical reasons or other serious circumstances (e.g.: death of family member).  
Reimbursement is also possible if you cannot attend the event due to other reason, but in this case the cancelation must be sent to the organizer ([email protected]) at least 10 working days before the event. 
In case we don't receive written cancelation and there is no justifiable reason that you missed the event, we can charge the full price.

There are more sessions at the same time. How does it work?
You can choose among many lectures. There are up to 4 parallel sections. You can visit all lectures you are interested in, no matter if they are in section INFOSEK, CIO FORUM, MASTERMIND CONFERENCE, etc. The restriction applies only to workshops. You cannot attend the workshop if you haven't registered before.

How can I become a Sponsor?
If you are interested to participate at INFOSEK Conference as a sponsor, please contact Maša Arčon ([email protected]). She will send you sponzorship brochure and all other information regarding exhibition boot and lecture at the event.

How do I pay for my exhibit space and/or lecture slot?
After both sides sign the contract, we will send you a proforma invoice via e-mail.
Payment is required in 7 days after you receive proforma invoice according to our general terms and conditions.

How can I access my invoice?
Invoice will be sent to you by post after the conference.

Do exhibitors get complimentary passes or discounts to congress sessions? 
The number of complimentary passes for team members and the discounts for your clients are specified in the sponsorship contract.

Odpoved ali sprememba dogodka s strani organizatorja
Organizator si pridržuje pravico do odpovedi posameznega izobraževanja, delavnice, dogodka, seminarja ali spremembe terminov oz. načina izvedbe (namesto osebne izvedbe dogodka, izvedba dogodka preko spleta ali na drug način, pri čemer se ključna vsebina in obseg dogodka ne spreminjata oziroma se prilagodita glede na spremembo, npr. zamenjava predavatelja, prilagoditev urnika ipd., vendar se ohrani enakovredna kakovost izvedenega dogodka). Zavezuje se k obvestilu prijavljenim najkasneje en delovni dan pred predvidenim pričetkom izobraževanja oz. takoj, ko prejme novico o morebitnih izrednih dogodkih, ki so razlog za spremembo/odpoved. V primeru odpovedi izobraževanja s strani organizatorja, organizator, morebitno že vplačano kotizacijo, brezobrestno povrne v roku štirinajstih dni od obvestila o odpovedi ali pa omogoči stranki, da kotizacijo porabi za druge izdelke ali storitve. V primeru spremembe načina izvedbe ostanejo plačila v veljavi, v primeru spremembe termina pa ima udeleženec možnost odpovedati udeležbo iz utemeljenih razlogov po določbi Odpoved s strani udeleženca ali pa se odjaviti na način v rokih, ki jih predvideva določba Odjava udeleženca.
